RECENT AWARDS
ADPA has attended several regional and national competitions since 2000, including L.A. Dance Force, Co. Dance, Spotlight, Starbound, International Dance Challenge and Thunderstruck.

ADPA achieved a personal best by breaking their own awards record!! EVERY dance entered by our studio received a Gold or Higher Award! Great Job Ladies!

Spotlight Dance Cup Nationals – Anaheim, CA – 2008

Over 55 dance schools from around the U.S., including Hawaii, competed for five days on two main stages at the Disneyland Resort Hotel. ADPA dancers ranging in age from 7-18 received several awards.
Academy of Dance and Performing Arts was selected by the Spotlight Dance Cup National Staff to receive one of their most prestigious awards. This award is given to one studio that most exemplifies all that Spotlight stands for. The ADPA studio dancers are this years “Spotlight National Spirit Award” winners!

Thirty-seven Master Class students ranging in ages fro 9-20 represented ADPA at the National level along with other dance schools from: Canada, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona and many other states.
Breanne Brown (Jazz), Allyson Brady (Tap), Jaclyn Auvil (Tap) all received GOLD for their solo performances. Miss Breanne Brown was crowned “Miss Star of Hope” and will serve as the Starbound Ambassador for 2006.
